Kindy Uplift Priority Area: Children’s Cultural Connections
This training empowers educators to promote strong cultural identity and embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into daily practice. It fosters inclusive environments where every child can see their culture reflected and celebrated.

QKLG Learning Area: Connectedness
Children develop a sense of belonging and understanding of their world. Through dance, music, stories, and language, children are immersed in Aboriginal ways of knowing, being, and doing—building appreciation for diversity and community.

EYLF Outcome 2: Children Are Connected with and Contribute to Their World
Children broaden their understanding of the world through participation in culturally rich learning experiences. Through the 5 Pillars, they explore Aboriginal perspectives, fostering empathy, identity, and cultural respect.

NQS Standard 1.2: Practice

Educators are intentional, responsive, and purposeful in supporting children's learning. These sessions develop educator capability to deliver authentic, culturally grounded learning experiences, aligned with intentional teaching and cultural responsiveness.

The workshop packages are $2100 per package (Qualifying for 'Kindy Uplift' funding).

We recommend starting with package 1, as each package builds of earlier packages.
